Author here. OqtaDrive emulates Sinclair Microdrives for the Sinclair Spectrum & QL machines from the 1980s. It also carries the Sinclair Network over WebSockets, so Spectrums and QLs can talk across the internet. The project turned 5 this year, so time for a look back. Happy to answer questions! I sort of want some kind of physical Spectrum nowadays; or perhaps a USB keyboard made to work like it. Recommendations? =)
Buy a kit, build your own, e.g. a Harlequin.

Or an improved clone, e.g. a Sizif 512.

Run it in an FPGA, such as an N-Go.

Buy an improved clone. For me the best is the Spectrum Next. I own one.

Or, buy an Arm/Linux based clone that is highly compatible and has better graphics. This is the easiest and maybe cheapest.
