Ask HN: Google has suspended our business profile

We have had a successful business running and posted on Google for almost 15 years. Since moving across the country, we changed the address of the business on Google, but it was flagged and the profile has been suspended so we no longer appear on Google, clients can't review us, etc.

This is having a drastic effect on our business.

We tried going through the appeals process. But it was rejected - the only reason given being 'Deceptive content' with no other information. Presumably it thinks our new address is fake? But no where does it explicitly say what they think is deceptive or how to change it. The system just sends us round in loops.

Is there any way to contact Google to get this cleared up?

AFAICT, there are no humans in the loop.

You probably have to get the attention of upper management, however you can.

Scary how these companies can nuke a business easily.
